We have clear structures, sound policies and tried and tested procedures, but at the heart of it all is the relationship between the individual pupil and staff.

There is always someone to listen, advise and offer support.

Every pupil has a Mentor and Head of Year to support them whilst senior pupils often act as mentors and buddies for younger ones.

The School Council, led by a prefect, represents the pupils on a variety of issues which includes there counselors available to assist them in any other issues they have.
