Boarders range from Year7 (10/13 years) to Year12 (14/18 years) and come from many different backgrounds and cultures. Life in boarding is fun and boarders forge many close friendships, some of which will last for life. The sense of community and common purpose enriches the life of the whole College.

Boarders live on campus under the care of House Parents. The quality of catering and domestic services available helps to create a real sense of family. Boarders of all ages enjoy a range of sporting, cultural and social activities in the evenings and at weekends, as well as having time to relax.

Study arrangements are well organized and help is available from academic staff for homework when needed, a programme of language development is available along with study skills and cultural support.
